These Terms govern your use of invoicewand.com and our invoice tools (the "Service"), operated by InvoiceWand. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

InvoiceWand provides an online invoice generator, industry and country templates, optional AI-assisted invoicing, and optional paid plans for saving and managing invoices. The free tools can be used without an account.

Not Professional Advice

InvoiceWand is a software tool, not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax advisor. Templates, generated documents, tax fields, and any content are provided for convenience only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and tax compliance of the invoices you create. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

Payments Between You and Your Clients

We do not process, collect, hold, or facilitate the payments your clients make to you. Invoices are documents you create; how you get paid is entirely between you and your client.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or use it to create fraudulent or unlawful documents.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

You own the invoice content you create. We own the Service, including its software, templates, and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service under these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated content will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceWand will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any generated document. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold InvoiceWand harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or the documents you create.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
