Germany Invoice Template (with VAT)
In Germany, invoices (Rechnung) must show VAT (Umsatzsteuer) at the standard 19% rate, along with your tax number. This template defaults to 19% VAT; small businesses under the Kleinunternehmer rule can set it to 0 and add the required exemption note.
Bill in euros, list your services, and download a professional PDF that includes the fields German clients and tax authorities expect.
